This is a comfortably restored 1950s duplex apartment. It had three bedrooms and one bath. One of the bedrooms is now used as an office-it is rented as a two-bedroom apartment with one bath and an office. A renter of this property will be expected to appreciate and preserve the fine qualities of this home.

The kitchen is updated with modern
appliances and countertop, while retaining the flavor of the
original 1950s design. A photo of the updated kitchen is shown.

The back door opens from the

The large back yard is very private and provides a nice outdoor
space.

There is a LOT of
